Mamtah is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and certified aesthetic injector known for delivering subtle, natural-looking results with precision and care. With over 10 years of nursing experience, she combines advanced clinical training with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and beauty aesthetics.
Her professional journey includes expert certifications in Dermal Fillers, Neurotoxins, and the Russian Lips technique, completed at the renowned Aesthetics Training Academy in the UK. Mamtah also holds specialized training in High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) — a cutting-edge, non-surgical treatment for skin tightening and lifting. Her expertise in HIFU allows her to offer clients a powerful, technology-driven approach to rejuvenation with no downtime.

Dr. Anish Y. Desai, MD, a highly accomplished board-certified internal medicine physician with a deep understanding of inpatient care. Dr. Desai's extensive expertise encompasses quality improvement, reducing hospital-acquired infections, optimizing clinic workflow and efficiency, as well as leveraging digital health, remote patient monitoring, and device integration. Notably, he is passionate about integrating his clinical knowledge with innovation to shape cutting-edge technology and software solutions. Dr. Desai is an active member of esteemed professional societies such as the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American College of Physicians. Additionally, he hosts "The Underdog Physician" podcast, aimed at mentoring medical professionals, nurturing physician entrepreneurship, and highlighting unique ways to contribute to society.
Dr. Desai has served as medical director of a medical spa in NY and has managed their telehealth weight loss and provided medical supervision for more than two years. Also, Dr. Desai is involved with business operations and helping the owners improve their revenue through creative marketing strategies.
